Hey, I'm Matt. I've been building websites since before CSS could do layout.
I'm a front-end developer with more than 13 years of professional experience, based in Cincinnati, Ohio. I've worked with companies large & small, building user-focused solutions across a lot of very different industries, from internal tooling for the Department of Defense to marketing sites for one-person businesses.
Programming has been a hobby of mine for over 30 years & I love learning new technology. Each job in my long resume has been an endeavor in learning something new & it's what keeps me grounded in this industry. What sets me apart is my passion for what I do.
I helped build digital menu boards for companies like McDonalds, Popeyes, & Tim Hortons. I led the front-end work on GE Aerospace's Design System Auxiliary, used by hundreds of engineers in their network worldwide. I helped build out Dayton YMCA's network of websites. Whatever the size of the project, the job is the same: dependable work that bridges design & development.
